2025 Medicare Premiums and Deductibles, including IRMAA

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have released the 2025 premiums, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts for Medicare Part A and Part B, as well as the 2025 Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amounts (IRMAA).

• The standard Part B premium for 2025 will be $185.00.
• The Part B deductible will be $257.
