Did you know that you can request a US representative when calling customer service with your Medicare plan?
- When an offshore customer service rep answers your phone call, simply ask for a US Stateside Representative.
- If they try to delay by asking how they can help, I politely respond with: “I would like to speak with someone in the United States please.”
Currently there is no federal requirement for them to respond to your request, but I have never been denied a transfer so long as it was during normal business hours.
